Shorthorn Breeders Joe & Caroline Rigney, Curraghchase, Kilcornan, Co.Limerick are holding  a Slow Food Celebration on their family farm next Sunday August 21st from 12 -5pm. Lots of attractions on the day including the West Limerick  Vintage Tractor drive, bee-keeping and poultry talks and on the menu home grown Curraghchase pork and Shorthorn Burgers straight off the BBQ.
